Seating Arrangements & Reserving a Table

To make this event run smoothly and ensure that everyone has a great time, pre-determined seating arrangements are being implemented again this year. When you arrive at the party, stop by the registration table and receive your designated seat information. This will make it easier for everyone to find their place and enjoy the festivities. We believe this change will help us create a more organized and enjoyable experience for all.

RESERVED TABLES

If you would like to sit with your office, your team, and your friends, reserve a table in advance! By doing so, you can guarantee your spot with those you'd like to share this special night with. Reserving your table not only simplifies the seating process but also allows us to better plan the event to accommodate everyone's preferences. Simply reserve your table on the RSVP form. Reserved tables $100.

Price: $40  |  Only one guest per Member.

Cancellation Policy:

Important Notice: If, for any unforeseen reason, you and your guest are unable to attend, we kindly request that you notify KBOR staff in advance by calling 574.269.6706 or emailing kbor@kbor.com. In cases of non-attendance without prior notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be applicable for each attendee, totaling $100. We understand that emergencies can arise, and your courtesy in keeping us informed is greatly appreciated.
