Our Mission Statement, Core Values & Leadership
The Kosciusko County Board of REALTORS® exists to assist local REALTORS® and businesses in obtaining education and information that will assist them in their daily work. It is also an organization of fellowship for the members of our profession.
However, we are much more than just a group of REALTORS® from Kosciusko County, we also participate in many programs throughout the community. Please take a look at what our KBOR members have been doing to make our communities a better place.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® is to enhance its members’ ability to conduct business successfully, to elevate the standards of the real estate profession, and to promote and protect the individual’s right to own, transfer and use real property.
Core Values
• Real estate consumers will be served through their REALTOR® by interactive technological systems that will provide information relative to the sale, acquisition, and transfer of real property.
• The opportunities for home and property ownership will be promoted, expanded, and protected.
• The Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® will expect and promote professionalism, honesty and adherence to the Code of Ethics and will always strive to enhance the image of REALTORS®.
• The Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® will be the service center for REALTORS® and others with significant interest in our marketplace.
• The Kosciusko Board of REALTORS® will encourage membership in the Association and the active participation of all members.
