The term REALTOR® has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. (Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS®)

KBOR is in the 9th year of partnering with the Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR) Professional Standards program as are 90% of the Local Associations in the state.  Each Local Association provides a volunteer to join a pool of state volunteers to sit on Professional Standards Committees.

Ethics and Arbitrations inquiries start with the Local Association’s AE’s.  If the complainant chooses to go through with the process, the process is turned over to IAR Professional Standards Administrator, Laura Sallie.  Laura utilizes the Local Association pool to put together hearing panels and the proper Professional Standards process proceeds.

KBOR’s volunteer is Julie Hall, Patton Hall Real Estate.  We would like to thank her for volunteering her time and service by representing KBOR.
