Jeff Owens

I’m native of Goshen, Indiana and a member of the Warsaw community since 1977. Vicky, my wife of 37 years, and I have three children all that call this area home. I believe in and love this community. I care about and I am committed to the well being of my clients as much as I care about the well being of my own family. I started my journey in the real estate field in 1979, and I have had other jobs that helped me open my horizons and ultimately benefited my experience as a REALTOR®. Housing has always been a driving force for me. In addition to being a REALTOR®, I have been a builder as well as a retailer. My passion for the real estate world and the happiness I feel are directly related and connected to my experiences daily. I have been serving Real Estate Buyers and Sellers in Warsaw, Winona Lake, and all of Kosciusko County Indiana since 1979. With 37 years of experience, I have heard from clients that having me as their REALTOR® has given them an at ease state of mind because they feel confident that their needs are being met and carefully taken into consideration and that they are in good hands, no matter that they are real estate sellers or buyers. With my knowledge and outgoing personality, I have been involved in 30 transactions in the past 12 months that successfully brought buyers and sellers together, where all parties were very satisfied with the service they received and how their expectations were met in detail.
