a Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy.
IAR’s Leadership Academy is a year-long training program designed for realtor leaders. Program graduates attain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively assist buyers and sellers in their markets. Sessions highlight teambuilding; leadership and professional development; communication exercises; and accounting best practices.
Originally from Illinois, Lewis moved to Warsaw 11 years ago. She and her husband, who works for Ortho Pediatrics, have two boys, ages 9 and 12. Nikky and her family enjoy traveling and have been to locations such as New Zealand and Alaska.
Nikky became a realtor member in 2019 and joined Patton Hall Real Estate in 2021.
