On Wednesday March 9, 2022, Warsaw Mayor Joe Thallemer presented his annual State of the City Address.  Of the many updates the Mayor provided, he spoke on housing and developments in Warsaw.  A 2019 local study of market potential showed that over the next five years, the city will need to accommodate the demand for up to 750 new residential housing units.  He also shared an update on the U.S. 30 study.  A planning and Environmental Linkages Study was authorized.  It will evaluate option to improve traffic safety along the entire existing U.S. 30 corridor.  The study is set to begin in the spring and will take two years to complete.  Thanks to Mindy Scaggs for attending and taking these photos.
